ITC-Bintang Toastmasters Club was inaugurated in June 1988. Our very
first President was Liew Thim Mun. From a fledging organization borne out of
the concerted effort and vision of its dynamic founder-members, our club has
grown to be one of the better known clubs in Klang Valley, as well as within
District 51P. |

What is the secret of our success? The answer lies in the leadership of
